I love the prices at wigtype. I would suggest that you order a product from Wigtypes that you are familiar with. If not, good luck on trying to return item. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
You can not talk to anyone over phone. They don't answer via email. Live chat does not work. There are no instructions on how to return the item. My advise is to pay a little more from another company that has good customer service.

If I could put zero stars I would. Their customer service sucks, they have auto messages that respond to you via email and say someone will contact you within 24 hrs. Then you hear nothing. All I wanted to do was return something, I have bought things from this site a few times and now they will forever be on my $#*! list. I am telling my entire family to never buy from them again. Any of my hair stylist friends I am telling them too. Companies should not be allowed to get away with this kind of poor service. I had to report them to the BBB just to get a actual response and they had the nerve to say they contacted me multiple times when I attached pictures of the auto responses I got and the fact that I tried to message them on social media.Don't buy from them!

I have written Negative Reviews about terrible wigs then when I check a couple months later the Review has been removed, but other Positive Reviews written Before & After the date I posted a Review is still listed. Therefore, the Reviews on this site can Not be trusted because Honest Negative Reviews are removed. Most women see the Video and Picture then when they get the wig it is Nothing like what was shown and you can Forget getting a Refund.
It seems like they sell a lot of Wigs at a discount because "they didn't meet quality standards" to be sold elsewhere or at higher prices.

They are a decent my only thing is their shipping is to damn expensive $11 other sites is under $10 for shipping. I don't use them unless the other sites don't have the wig I want.

They sent me wrong item an refused to receive it back even though it was their fault they do not honor their policies an when i told them i was going to give them bad review they removed my order from account.

Today I ATTEMPTED to place an order for over $100 but their RAGGA-DAY ASS site wouldn't let it go through after FOUR TRIES! I EVEN RANG MY BANK AND DISCOVERED IT WAS NO PROBLEM ON THEIR END! THEREFORE IM SO TURNED OFF BY ALL THE HASSLE AND DEALING WITH A COMPANY THAT HAS BOTH HANDS OUT FOR MY MONEY SO IVE DECIDED IM GOOD NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN! FURTHERMORE ALL THE POPULAR WIG SITES ON THE NET ARE GENERALLY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS AND WILL FORCE ME TO JUST ROCK MY OWN PAST THE SHOULDER LENGTH, SUPER THICK HAIR AND CALL IT A DAM DAY! IF I DECIDE IN THE FUTURE TO PURCHASE WIGS AGAIN IT WILL BE THROUGH ONE OF MANY LOCAL WIG SHOPS! ATTN SHOPPERS: DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY(OR THE OTHER WIG SITES) TO USE COVID-19 AS A CRUTCH FOR BEING A SORRY ORGANIZATION WITH NO PROFESSIONAL OPERATING SKILLS CAUSE OVER YEARS PRIOR TO THE PANDEMIC IVE HAD THE SAME ISSUES WITH THIS SITE! I ordered almost $700 hair from wigtypes.com during the black Friday but they never informed me of the reason they could not complete my order. I waited until today 01 December, 20 only to be notified by PayPal of two separated refunds from this company into my bank accounts.
My wife was waiting on this hair to work. They saw no need to contact me promptly so I could order it from elsewhere. I have not been able to take advantage of the Black Friday due to lack of communications from this company-VERY BAD!!!
My wife has no hair for work and does not know what to do.

I never knew this site existed and just found out about it lastweek (through google) and my first time experience was great! I ordered haircare products (shampoos, conditioners etc); the prices were very inexpensive, the shipment was fast (which was expected since it did cost $12.00 - a bit high in my opinion) and none of my products were damaged (they were sealed securely in bubble wrap and came in a box).

I saw alot of negative reviews about persons not receiving their packages (mainly weave) or products being damaged etc which made me very nervous to make a purchase but I took a chance and did it anyway and I am pleased.

I will definitely purchase from this site again!

I have ordered all my wigs from here and the wigs are exactly as pictured, fast shipping with reasonable prices. Love shopping with them, just ordered 4 more wigs today!

If you order from them expect to never get your package. They still use UPS despite the fact that UPS HAS NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM. What I am pissed about it they don't respond to customers. They have an audacity to post these ugly wigtype girls false advertisement, but regular paying customers don't get replied to. They are absolutely horrid. I will never spend another dime on this website again. I suggest y'all use elevate styles. They respond immediately. Wig types is too busy promoting ugly chicks with ugly wigs.

They have what you order. I have done returns with no issues when the cap was too small. Shipping when I don't uses USPS takes longer. But this is the only place I order wigs from now.

I started shopping from this store in 2015, love love this store, i am a satisfied customer, never had any complaint, thank you wigtypes
